Terms and Conditions – ClassBet Pakistan Betting Platform

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ClassBet ("ClassBet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the platform available at classbet.bet. By accessing the ClassBet website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you accept these Terms in full without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ClassBet's services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. ClassBet recommends that all players read these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02Eligibility

To register and use ClassBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ClassBet strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated bots, or accounts operated on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation are prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from ClassBet or any other gambling platform as part of a responsible gaming arrangement currently in force.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be currently subject to an account suspension issued by ClassBet for any reason.

ClassBet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where reasonable doubt exists about a player's age or eligibility, ClassBet may suspend the account pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on ClassBet. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is a material breach of these Terms. ClassBet may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account)
• Proof of address where required

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ClassBet username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify ClassBet support immediately at support@classbet.bet if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

04Deposits & Payments

All transactions on ClassBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ClassBet does not accept foreign currency deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. ClassBet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

ClassBet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion. All deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

05Withdrawals

ClassBet processes withdrawal requests typically within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within the same business day for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case ClassBet support will assist with an alternative.

ClassBet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Where a player has not previously completed identity verification, ClassBet may hold the withdrawal pending receipt and approval of the required documents. This is a standard procedure designed to protect players from fraud, not a delay tactic.

• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 5 minutes
• Withdrawals to NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: typically within same business day
• Visa/Mastercard refunds: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank

ClassBet does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving institution are outside ClassBet's control and are borne by the player.

06Bonuses & Promotions

ClassBet offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all ClassBet bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly at the point of offer.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
• ClassBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including after it has been claimed, if evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Only one active welcome bonus per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in all associated accounts being suspended and winnings forfeited.
• Refer-a-friend bonuses are subject to the terms published on the Refer a Friend page and require the referred friend to successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit.

07Betting Rules

All bets placed on ClassBet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event, as well as the following general betting conditions:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ClassBet does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available until a bet is fully confirmed.
• ClassBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already been settled or where the result was known at the time of placement.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error or "palpable error" rule), ClassBet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ClassBet will settle bets in accordance with the published rules for that sport. Generally, if a match does not restart within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be void and stakes returned.
• ClassBet's in-play betting markets operate in real time. Live odds reflect current match conditions and are subject to suspension without notice during stoppages in play.
• The minimum bet per selection is Rs 20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placement.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be a winner. Any void selection in an accumulator reduces the number of folds accordingly rather than voiding the entire bet, unless the accumulator falls below the minimum two-selection requirement.

08Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on ClassBet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by ClassBet, game providers, or any external party. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the ClassBet game lobby.

• Casino games are intended for entertainment. The house edge means that over time, the house has a statistical advantage. ClassBet does not guarantee any player profit from casino play.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are won by a single player when the jackpot trigger condition is met. Jackpot amounts shown on ClassBet reflect the current accumulated pool and are subject to change at any moment.
• If a game disconnection occurs during a bonus round or free spins feature, ClassBet will complete the feature at the next login based on the game's last confirmed state.
• Bets placed on games that are subsequently found to have experienced a technical malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's ClassBet account.

09Responsible Gaming

ClassBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all players. We offer a range of tools designed to help players stay in control of their betting activity. These tools are available directly from your ClassBet account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit to your ClassBet account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each login session. ClassBet will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from ClassBet for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account will be temporarily suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ClassBet. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are difficult to reverse by design. Contact support@classbet.bet to initiate self-exclusion.

10Account Suspension & Closure

ClassBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously
• Evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or fraud in connection with any bet placed on ClassBet
• Attempting to exploit a technical error or system vulnerability
• Using software tools, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage
• Abuse of the bonus system, including systematic exploitation of promotions
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards ClassBet staff or other players

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ClassBet will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution via the email address registered to the account. Where an account is permanently closed for a Terms violation, remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation. If no violations are confirmed, legitimate balances will be returned to the player.

11Privacy & Data

ClassBet processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with ClassBet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClassBet's liability to any player in connection with the services is limited as follows:

• ClassBet is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect consequential losses arising from use of the platform, even if ClassBet has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• ClassBet is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages that affect the player's ability to access or use ClassBet.
• ClassBet is not liable for any delay or failure in processing caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to bank system outages, mobile network disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Where ClassBet's liability is established, the maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant stake or transaction that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ClassBet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

13Changes to These Terms

ClassBet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ClassBet will notify registered players by email to the address on their account at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect. For minor clarifications and editorial changes, updates may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the link in the ClassBet website footer. The effective date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of ClassBet after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
